Facilities

Located on the campus of the University of California, Davis, the 2,500 square foot TSRF houses three fully equipped cell culture laboratories. Experimental techniques available to researchers at the facility include:

• Flow cytometry and cell sorting
• Quantitative RT-PCR
• Immunocytochemistry
• Controlled-rate cryopreservation and cell storage

Videoconferencing and videotraining is available, and researchers will have access to shared cubicle space with internet access while at the TSRF.

Investigators will also have access to an infrastructure of experienced personnel to provide training, guidance, and laboratory services on a recharge basis.
